The pilot will focus on the training and assistance for the maintenance and self-repair procedures for HGE (Hisense Gorenje Europe) appliances, such as washing machines.

Process Summary

The project aims to extend product lifespan and reduce electronic waste by making maintenance procedures accessible to non-technical individuals through digital manuals, videos and AI-powered chatbots. Digital mock-ups of appliances will be created using scanning tools, and AI translators will process technical documentation to produce knowledge graphs for maintenance training and assistance XR applications.

  • Simplified failure detection and support to the user (technician or customer) to identify the correct spare part for substitution thus lowering the solicitation of call centres.
  • Immersive remote assistance and reduced Service calls.
