Project Pilots

MOTIVATE XR

5 Complimentary Pilots

The MOTIVATE XR beta phase uses five industrial pilots, each with distinct training needs and digital maturity. This diversity allows us to stress-test our tool suite against various technical and workflow constraints.

Operating under a unified methodological framework for data comparability, each pilot deploys tailored XR modules to demonstrate the platform’s versatility. Collectively, these pilots serve as a representative testbed for evaluating XR training across manufacturing, industrial services, and human-machine interaction.

Focuses on the automated conversion of massive aircraft digital mock-ups and technical manuals into an XR application, aiming to support complex, safety-critical maintenance tasks that require high procedural accuracy and standardisation.

Uses XR to reinforce consistent execution and accelerate training for new workers, focusing specifically on assembly-line procedures, quality control, and maintenance for Gorenje appliances.

Supports the Architectural Aluminium Academy (AAA) by developing an AI-driven XR system that assists with high-precision manual operations and utilises XR for task planning and skill reinforcement.

Aims to modernise HEDNO’s services by using XR for standardised training and remote assistance, specifically targeting field-oriented procedures where risk mitigation is critical.

Aims to train and support workers interacting with physical equipment and manufacturing robots through digital twins, specifically investigating XR-based training for hybrid workspaces to improve spatial awareness, workflows, and safety protocols.
