Achieving tangible, high-impact results is the cornerstone of any successful project. In the MOTIVATE XR project, our partners understood this from the very beginning. We embraced the challenge of working with cutting-edge technologies, which provided us with a unique opportunity to explore new methodologies and drive innovation throughout the project’s entire lifecycle. This proactive approach has allowed us to not only generate valuable outcomes but also to strategically identify and define our Key Exploitable Results (KERs), which are invaluable assets that extend the project’s impact beyond its completion.
Identifying Our Key Exploitable Results
To ensure a comprehensive and effective process for identifying these results, the MOTIVATE XR project’s Work Package 2 (WP2) leader, F6S—who is responsible for communication, dissemination, and exploitation—initiated a dedicated effort. As outlined in the project’s deliverable D2.9, F6S developed and distributed a specialised questionnaire to all project partners. This thoughtful and structured approach was a crucial step in preparing for a successful identification of all project outcomes. Ultimately, a remarkable 13 partners participated, each contributing to a detailed and comprehensive list of both general results and specific KERs, setting a strong foundation for future exploitation and dissemination activities.
MOTIVATE XR Results Validation – Workshop 1
During the partners consortium meeting the first workshop on validation of identified results and KERs has been moderated by representatives of F6S. All partners have been involved in this co-creation work with some very interesting discussions and findings. Partners had a chance to elaborate on their answers coming from questionnaire and clash it other ideas for future exploitation. The co-creation session was held using interactive MIRO board and all the findings will be further analysed in the next iterations of the dissemination and exploitation plan.
MOTIVATE XR Results Validation – Workshop 2 Value Proposition Canvas
Value Proposition Canvas workshop together with User Personas (identified in WP3) helped to conduct successful meetings with partners. The information that partners have so far as it comes to project results (after workshop no. 1) and their inputs to WP3 findings helped to frame Value Proposition Workshop as ideal tool for this stage of the project to help partners better understand the product or service or study (results) that are working on and ‘clashing it’ with the User Personas pains and gains. This workshop helped partners to better understand their results, some of them also identified new results, some others deleted those identified earlier. The findings from the workshop will facilitate partners to transfer this knowledge into the individual exploitation plans. This workshop proved also that cross WPs cooperation is essential for the successful project implementation and set a right direction for the next iterations of building Exploitation Strategy.

Coming Next
Looking ahead, the next phase of the MOTIVATE XR project will take our exploitation strategy to a new level. The foundation we’ve built will be leveraged to establish a solid business model for the MOTIVATE XR solutions currently being developed and tested in our piloting facilities. This crucial step, combined with the creation of detailed Individual Exploitation Plans for each partner, will mark the launch of our third and final iteration of the Exploitation Strategy, bringing all our efforts to fruition.
