Tool Workshop Series

Tool Workshop Series

Exciting start for MOTIVATE XR, in August we introduce a comprehensive three-day workshop series aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation among our technical partners and pilot owners. This workshop was designed as an intensive co-creation activity, where participants engaged in meaningful dialogue and hands-on experiences to explore the potential integration of existing technical tools into our platform.

Throughout the three days, structured sessions facilitated opportunities for partners to showcase their current tools and technologies. Each presentation included a thorough evaluation of the functionality and added value of these tools within the context of the platform. Participants were encouraged to ask questions, share insights, and provide feedback on the capabilities of each tool, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how these technologies could enhance offerings.

A key focus of the workshop was to collaboratively identify the adaptations needed on both sides. This involved assessing technical requirements, user interface considerations, and potential modifications necessary for seamless integration. Through facilitated discussions and interactive sessions, participants worked together to pinpoint areas of alignment and any gaps that existed, ultimately striving to find the best possible common ground that would benefit all stakeholders involved.

By the end of the workshop series, the aim was to establish a shared vision for the next steps in the co-creation journey, as well as actionable strategies for implementing the adaptations identified during discussions. This collaborative approach was believed to strengthen partnerships and lead to the development of a more robust and effective platform that met the needs of users.
